1. Agreement By using daynestcare.com or buying our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility You must be 18+ to purchase. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or older and the information you provide is accurate.

3. Products Daynest® personal care products are intended for external use on healthy adult skin. They are cosmetic products, not medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical concern, consult a licensed healthcare provider.

4. Orders All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues) with a full refund.

5. Pricing & payment Prices are in USD unless stated. We charge applicable taxes and shipping at checkout. Promotional prices are valid only while displayed.

6. Allergies & sensitivities Always patch-test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We are not liable for individual sensitivities to natural ingredients.

7. Intellectual property All site content (text, images, logos) is owned by Aviv Media / Daynest® or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aviv Media's total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

10. Changes We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
