Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Our promise
We stand behind Daynest. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, you can request a full refund of the product price.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@daynestcare.com with your order number and the reason for the refund.
  2. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.
  3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

What's covered

  • Unused or partially-used product within 30 days of delivery
  • Damaged or defective items (please send a photo)

What's not covered

  • Requests after 30 days from delivery
  • Items lost or returned without our prior approval
  • Original shipping fees (refundable only for defective products)
  • Subscription orders billed and shipped before a successful cancellation (you can still request a refund within 30 days under this policy)

Returning the product
You don't need to mail the product back unless we specifically ask. We'll let you know in our reply.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@daynestcare.com.
